Accionar, moverse, viajar, fotografiar, imprimir, pegar, mostrar, volver a fotografiar y seguir moviéndose.
In motion tries to tell the experience of the action through photography. “What matters is doing,” a friend told me and I still remember the simplicity and power of this idea.
In motion is a newspaper edited to circulate and reach unthinkable places. It can be given as a present, sold on the street, sent to a friend or discovered by anyone who crosses it. Within it, is a collection of my first analog photographs taken in 2008 to the latest photos taken earlier this month, June 2017.
In theory, every copy is different from the other. The photos sequence changes in every newspaper copy. The pages are blended by chance, in its order and in the way they are folded, thus generating unique copies of the newspaper. So I invite you, the reader, to disassemble, reassemble and try new possible combinations, to your liking. By doing so, the reader can become closer to the game that is editing and create their own copy of Movement. Every combination of the double pages is a singular match among the 39.916.800 predefined combinations, this at the same time, with the newspaper, generates one of the 1.124.000.727.777.607.680.000 unique copies.
